- Set store appointments through warm transfers
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Deliver a professional, confident, and friendly first impression
- Excellent phone presence & interpersonal skills (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Service-first mindset with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a must
- CRM experience preferred
