About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for area sales personnel on field
- Assist sales in completing the product order process – from placing of purchase orders up to delivery of items.
- Assist sales in complying with the branch workforce requirement
- Coordinate with warehouse on delivery schedules and concerns
- Coordinate with other departments for other matters related to order status
- Monitor accounts for assigned reseller client or chain accounts
- Answer telephone inquiries (internal and external customers)
- Monitor email inquiries (internal and external customers)
- Conduct product demonstration and product sampling for clients as alternate to area sales coordinator
- Adhere to the sales process
- Monitor all returned and for repair products from assigned reseller client.
