Job Descriptions

Provide administrative support to the Sales team to ensure smooth daily operations

Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents

Maintain and update customer records, sales databases and filing systems

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical or finance) on order status and documentation

Follow up with customers on quotations, documentation and delivery arrangements

Prepare basic sales reports, summaries and tracking records

Assist in handling customer enquiries and ensure timely responses

Support sales activities, meetings, exhibitions and events when required
