About the Role
Sales
- Maintains customers database by submitting Customers Application Form for new and updated customer and account information
- Maintains data entry requirements by following SAP ERP system and documentation flow, Contract Management, Sales Order, Delivery Order
- Update data in SAP ERP System; accurately and in timely manner
- Liaison with Logistic team for delivery to customers based on customers request date
- Shipment confirmation with purchasing team
- Generate work orders for production team.
Administration
- Handle general office administrative tasks; includes stationeries replenishment, postage & telecommunication, etc
- Compile and update employee records, check and calculate monthly claim and allowance
Criteria:
- Prefer Female
- Who can join immediately
- Knowledge in SAP is added advantage.
- Experience Level: More than 2 years Qualification:
