OverviewBuilding and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlements Process Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on system Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation Maintain SOP documentation for all activities QualificationsDegree qualified in Business / Commerce Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience Good Data and Analytical skills
This role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup & maintenance, customer Masterdata maintenance and customer portal update.
