About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Arrival & Inspection
- Book towing for container unloading when vehicles arrive (typically monthly)
- Perform vehicle inspection checklist to identify minor damages and verify accessories (e.g. car matting, lug nuts, etc.)
- Sales Support & Client Handling
- Assist in showing units to buyers when scheduled
- Prepare and organize all necessary sales documents (Deed of Sale, Acknowledgement Receipt, Delivery Receipt, Plate Request, etc.)
- Receive payment and deposit to the designated bank
- Book towing to the buyer's delivery address and ensure proper handover on-site
- Maintain communication with buyers for any post-sale assistance or requirements
- Document Management
- Process signed buyer documents and submit them to the necessary offices
- Follow up with offices regarding document status (e.g. OR, CR, plate availability)
