Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support:
• Assist Area Managers (AM) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) in preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Process expense reconciliation and ensure timely submission of financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and distributor performance.
2. Consultant Support:
• Develop basic online and offline business tools to support consultants under the guidance of AM/ASM.
• Provide fundamental content creation support (e.g., writing captions, creating simple visuals) to enhance distributor engagement.
• Support independent Tiro's client leaders with tools and resources to help them achieve their goals.
3. Event Organization:
• Organize branch-level events to promote brand awareness and distributor engagement.
