Sales / Admin Associate – Job Responsibilities
(With experience in Safety Training Centers)
- Handle client inquiries regarding safety training programs, certifications, schedules, and requirements (walk-in, phone, email, and online).
- Assist in promoting and selling safety courses (e.g., BOSH, COSH, First Aid, Fire Safety, HAZMAT, etc.).
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and training packages for individual and corporate clients.
- Process trainee registrations, enrollment forms, and training documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations staff regarding training schedules, venues, and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of trainees, attendance, payments, and issued certificates.
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic collection follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards required by DOLE and other regulatory bodies.
