• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries through phone, Viber, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all client messages and calls.
• Record and organize all client details (name, project location, contact info, requirements, and timeline) for quotation and coordination purposes.
• Maintain a client-focused and service-oriented approach in every interaction.
