Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotations, and register customer orders. Coordinates with sales, finance, and logistics to meet deadlines for deliveries and payments. Maintain sales and customer records. Support sales and marketing related activities Suggests and implements improvementsin the sales administration process. Reports on sales metricsand suggests improvements. Prepares sales forecasts(monthly and annual). Uses customer feedbackto ensure. improve processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration Min 5 years of professional experience, in related technical sales function within the industrial sector. Ability to handle technical and commercial topics Experience with ERP and CRM systems Proficiency of English language, German is a plus.
