Salary Payroll Administrator
As a member of the Payroll team, you will ensure the company’s payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with Company and government policies. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail that operates well in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or process salary and hourly payroll.
- Conduct salary calculations for new hires, changes, terminations, etc.
- Reconcile source deductions, benefits, and WCB.
- Process remittances related to payroll including disbursements to benefit carriers, tax authorities and worker's compensation ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Liaise with staff and management on payroll related inquiries.
- Prepare various month‑end reports.
- Prepare Records of Employment using ROE Web.
