Safety Specialist

This position is responsible to implement and administrate standardized Safety processes to ensure compliance to Federal, State, Provincial and Localregulations and Corporate Policies and Procedures.This position will help achieve world class status and impact corporate savings through the elimination of occupationalinjuries/illnesses, property damage and improvement of production efficiency as well as safeguarding the health and safety of all employees.This specific position will focus on healthand safety compliance, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) safety pillar activities, Safety Management System (OHSAS *****, ISO ****), and health and safety improvement goals.The EHS - Safety Professional position will report to the Plant EHS Lead and be responsible for and not limited to:- Will supervise EHS specialist,- Will eventually become the Safety pillar in WCM audits.
