Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOSH, DOE, PBT, BOMBA and local safety laws.
- Develop and maintain HSE procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate employees on safety aweness and practices.
- Lead incidents investigation to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and local safety laws.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Secretary to HSE Committees at all levels.
- Participate in Department morning briefing to inculcate HSE awareness among its staff.
