Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOSH, DOE, PBT, BOMBA and local safety laws.
• Develop and maintain HSE procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate employees on safety aweness and practices.
• Lead incidents investigation to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and local safety laws.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
• Secretary to HSE Committees at all levels.
• Participate in Department morning briefing to inculcate HSE awareness among its staff.
• Keep track and report key KPI to top management.
