Job Description
Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA, DoD, and company HSE requirements.
Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures and programs.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance.
Coordinate emergency response drills and evacuation exercises.
Promote a strong safety culture through continuous awareness and engagement.
