SAFETY MANAGER 

Overview: Lead comprehensive safety management for major ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects within the Northern Metropolis development and MTRC railway works, ensuring world-class safety performance across large-scale civil, tunnelling, station, and urban infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement and continuously enhance the project Safety Management System (SMS) in full compliance with Hong Kong regulations and international standards (ISO 45001).
• Oversee site-wide safety operations, including risk assessments, safe work procedures, audits, inspections, and thorough accident/incident investigations.
• Lead and develop the Safety team; deliver targeted safety training programmes and foster a proactive safety culture across all levels.
