SAAS Platform Solutions Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a senior Business Analyst with experience in insurance SaaS platforms and strong analytical skills. The candidate will work closely with product and technology teams to define, document, and validate product requirements for policy administration modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for policy administration modules in insurance SaaS applications.

- Define and document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Support configuration and testing activities to ensure compliance with business needs.

- Create process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications for new features.

- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
