About the Role
Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Cold Calling (Team Lead) & Reporting position at Attack Capital. The Team Lead will manage and coach a small team of cold callers, set daily and weekly targets, and monitor performance against key metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining call lists, conducting outbound calls to potential accredited investors, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-up conversations or meetings for senior team members. The role also involves preparing and maintaining detailed reporting dashboards, analyzing call outcomes and conversion rates, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership. The Team Lead will collaborate with founders and the broader team to refine outreach scripts, optimize processes, and ensure consistent, professional communication that aligns with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
