- 3-5 years of RV service technician experience required
- Must own and maintain a complete set of professional tools
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, propane, appliance, slide-out, awning, and leveling systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to efficiently flag and produce billable hours in a fast-paced service environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
