Responsibilities
- Proven ability to own medium-complexity features (e.g., payment integrations, API services).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-stack experience, with 2+ years in Ruby on Rails.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and deploying to AWS (or similar cloud).
- Comfortable with code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
