Job Description
- Develop and enhance features using Ruby on Rails
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
- Refactor and optimize code for performance and maintainability
- Integrate third-party APIs
- Participate in code reviews and technical decisions
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues
- Maintain legacy systems and apply updates/security patches
- Ensure application reliability and document technical changes
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Strong knowledge of MVC and RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript
- Proficiency with Git and testing practices
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
