• Minimum of 5 years of applied work history in tool design, compounding, process design, application, and testing.
• Demonstrated expertise in rubber manufacturing processes to include rubber mixing, extrusion, molding and preform design.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TQM, with experience in implementing quality control measures to ensure product performance and compliance.
• Knowledge of SPC and PFMEA/FMEA/DFMEA.
