About the Role
Position Details
RTWSS is a WorkSafeBC funded service designed to assist injured workers in safely returning to their pre-injury employment. Duties include:
- Completion of job site visits & job demands analyses
- Developing & implementing graduated return to work plans
- Liaising with healthcare team members & case managers
- Implementing ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable RTW
For those interested, the RTWSS caseload can be combined with an active rehab caseload
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience conducting job site visits
- Must have experience implementing GRTWs
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with insurance payers is an asset
- Experience with WorkSafeBC programs is desirable
