About the Job
We're looking for an experienced RTR Manager to lead our Record to Report team at our Mexico City office. This is a fully onsite role where you'll oversee operational and specialist accounting activities, ensure IFRS compliance, and drive continuous improvement across processes. You'll lead a team of ~10 bilingual team members and collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders in Mexico and abroad. Because of the international exposure, being fully bilingual (English/Spanish) is essential.
Responsibilities
