About the Role
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for Cards and On-Ramp products, including onboarding, acquisition, and first activation.
- Define and evolve ICP, user segmentation, and audience strategy across markets and channels.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Cards and related financial products.
- Lead acquisition and growth initiatives across paid traffic, SEO, and ASO.
- Launch and optimize marketing campaigns with clear funnel logic and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Product Managers to research new markets, user needs, and providers (e.g. card issuers, ramps).
- Drive market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and growth decisions.
Monitor funnel performance and user behavior to improve conversion, activation, and retention. - Align execution across Product, Growth, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
