About the Role
Job Description
1. Ensuring proper implementation of Customer Specific Requirement (CSR), update and verify the implementation
2. Update/Review / Training for CSR (OEM) and OE Customer Activities (SSAS, G-MSA, Shop-floor audit (Isuzu), etc. to ASEAN Plant (Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand)
3. Support customer complaint handling activities. Analyze, follow up, and respond to customer complaints with support from account/regional quality manager(s), plant quality, and central quality teams to ensure timely resolution of quality problems through structured problem-solving 4. Monitor customer satisfaction and quality status through customer-released data, report status to Plant, YRC, and support action plans to close identified gaps. Support of risk and opportunity evaluation based on customer expectations 5. Support Plant for Prepare PPAP/PSW prepare and submission: Import Tire 6.
