Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) modules.
- Strong understanding of attestation, certification, compliance, audit, risk management, and governance processes.
- Experience defining KPIs, scorecards, compliance metrics, and executive reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
- Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability.
