Job Description
The Leasing Senior Analyst is responsible for reviewing and managing the Agency lease portfolio to ensure it is in line with the Agency’s Realty Strategy and the Management Board of Cabinet Realty Directive.
Must Haves:
- Ability to read, review and summarize different types of reports and legal documents; including leases, real estate analysis, business cases
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease administration, property management or commercial real estate preferably within a corporate environment
- Proficient in reading with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well across different working styles
