RQ00426 - Sr. Software Developer - Front End

Contract 5 months. Hybrid 3 days onsite, subject to change at manager's discretion - 525 University Ave, Toronto. Ontario Health seeks to implement an eForms solution, starting with the eForms MVP. The MVP will implement prioritized OMA/MOH forms, building on the success of the MTO forms implementation with EMR vendors for the primary care community. The scope of the eForms MVP is to create a digital forms publication pipeline and establish a provincial library of electronic forms that will be readily available in all point of care systems and integrated with provincial digital assets (i.e. EHR).

The digital implementation is in progress. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire a contingent resource to support the delivery of a Ministry objective (PB4P eForms SADIE) through a digital solution.
