Role: RPO Recruiter Automotive/Manufacturing Industry
Location: Manesar/Gurgaon
Experience: 5+ years (preferably in Automotive/Manufacturing hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source and screen both blue-collar and white-collar talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in manufacturing/industrial recruitment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools
