About the Role
Business Analyst Roles Responsibilities :
Conduct detailed process analysis including process mapping gap analysis and ROI calculation to evaluate automation opportunities.
Understand business requirements and challenges and translate them into RPA solution requirements.
Create Process Definition Documents AS IS process designs and test scenarios.
Coordinate with clients during discovery requirement gathering UAT and production deployment phases.
Collaborate with developers during testing and document test results Provide training to business users on newly automated processes and support change management activities.
Prepare and facilitate required sign offs.
Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree
Experience Skillsets 3 to 10 Years
IT experience 5+ years of proven experience as an RPA Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of RPA tools especially Ui Path added advantage.
