About the Role
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Analytics teams.
- Champion a culture that embraces automation and analytics, driving data-informed decision-making and operational excellence.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement automation initiatives within the organization.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of RPA from identification of process to be automated to matching and mapping, design, implementation and monitoring.
- Track and evaluate the performance and impact of RPA implementations to ensure value realization.
- Establish policies, procedures, controls in relation to the use of RPA.
- Define metrics that will be used to monitor the performance and efficiency of F&A teams.
