About the Role
The RTM Manager is the group internal specialist on products distribution.
He drives business transformation, ensuring optimal Route-to-Market (RTM) operations.
Sales :
To drive the sales team to achieve their volume and value targets, along with the other sales objectives.
Distribution :
To be able to understand the best distribution practices of the competitors and design the distribution structure for the company and implement the best practices.
IT :
To have the working knowledge of mobile apps, excel, Power point.
An experience of working with a Sales force automation tool is a huge plus.
Training :
To be able to train the sales team regarding the 8 steps of the sales call, merchandising principles and handling objections.
