Route Service Representative

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
