Rotational Occupational Therapist

Care Plus Group provides person centred support to vulnerable adults requiring specialist therapy input within the area. We have a number of therapy rotations, each area allowing for specialist development and unique opportunities to contribute to our therapy team. Please see additional information for more details.

• Adult Learning Disability
• HOPE Specialist Falls and Respiratory Service
• Intermediate Care @ Home
• Community urgent care team
• Moving and handling
• Community In-patient Unit

Within each area there is highly skilled practitioners that place the individual at the forefront of their care and promote faster recovery from illness, prevent unnecessary acute hospital admissions and premature admissions to long-term care, support timely discharge from hospital and maximise independent living wherever possible.
