SYSO Technologies is seeking a motivated candidate to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) in Boston, MA, through our Rotational Experience Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in multiple departments while working primarily as a Control Room Operator. Candidates will gain exposure to multiple departments within SYSO, providing a robust, practical foundation for a career in the renewable energy industry.

This position requires flexibility to work in the Boston NOC on a rotating 24/7/365 shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
