Position Summary
The Rostering Coordinator – NDIS plays a vital role in the effective coordination and management of rostering activities within a NDIS organisation. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the timely and efficient allocation of support workers to clients receiving NDIS services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the rostering system to ensure optimal allocation of support workers to participants.
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of participants visits and support worker assignments, taking into account factors such as availability, skills, geographic location, and participants preferences.
Monitor and track rostering changes, ensuring that the roster remains accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of any modifications or cancellations.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps in coverage promptly, ensuring the provision of uninterrupted care services to clients.
