dnata Airport Services Australia is a ground handling company providing services to airlines and airport operators across Australia. We offer services in ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering across five continents.

We are currently seeking applications, for someone to join our rostering team as part of the Melbourne Passenger Services Operation. This role works very closely with the Passenger Service Department to ensure the correct manpower is provided on shifts.

A day in the airport:

• Determining and obtaining aircraft loads and producing rosters/ worksheets according to airlines SLAs.

• Processing annual leave requests.

• Allocating rostering patterns and the ability to create new roster patterns in accordance with EBA conditions.
