Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to Crowne Plaza and IHG brand standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

+ Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies according to hotel standards
+ Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities
+ Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean furniture, fixtures, and fittings
+ Replenish minibar items, tea/coffee supplies, and in-room amenities
+ Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items promptly
+ Follow hotel procedures for guest requests and special instructions
+ Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
+ Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and housekeeping trolleys
+ Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
