Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound/outbound customer communication (calls, SMS, email)
Schedule inspections, estimates, and production appointments
Update and maintain customer records in JobNimbus
Automate and manage pipelines/workflows in GHL
Assist with insurance claim documentation and process tracking
Send estimates, invoices, and follow-ups
Coordinate between sales reps, project managers, and customers
