Position Overview
The Roller Skater Supervisor is responsible for supervising, leading, and motivating the Roller Waiter team to deliver a dynamic, safe, and memorable food & beverage service experience. This role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and alignment with Rixos brand standards in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Supervision
- Supervise daily operations of the Roller Waiter team during assigned shifts.
- Lead by example in service attitude, skating skills, grooming, and guest engagement.
- Coach, train, and mentor Roller Waiters to consistently meet Rixos service standards.
- Ensure proper staffing, duty rosters, and task allocation based on operational needs.
