About the Role We are seeking a Robotics Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotic manufacturing processes within the Product Development & Automation Group .


This role plays a critical part in enabling flexible, repeatable, and high-quality fabrication of military equipment through the integration of industrial robotics and automated systems.

  •   Key Responsibilities Lead the design and layout of robotic manufacturing cells, including overall architecture and workflow optimization Design, develop, and implement robotic processes integrating: Welding systems (MIG, TIG, Laser) Coating systems (liquid and powder) Bending and forming systems Select and integrate end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), sensors, and peripheral equipment Develop robotic motion paths, process sequences, and cycle optimization strategies Implement adaptive control strategies to manage variability in materials, joint geometry, and part tolerances Collaborate...
