Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE The RPA Support Specialist is responsible for the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the Bank. The role ensures the delivery of resilient, scalable, secure, and reusable automation solutions in line with RPA best practices, group policies, and regulatory requirements. The role oversees the full automation lifecyclefrom feasibility assessment and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production supportwhile collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, technology risk, and security teams to deliver process efficiencies and operational stability.
