About the Role
We are hiring a Roblox Game Developer to join our in-house studio team and work onsite on the development of high-quality, scalable Roblox experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands Roblox as a production platform where performance, retention, progression, and monetization are core to success. You will be part of a structured development environment with clear roadmaps, milestones, and live products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Roblox games and systems using Lua and Luau
Build and maintain core gameplay mechanics and features
Implement scalable progression, economy, and monetization systems
Optimize gameplay and systems for performance and concurrency
Work closely with designers, artists, and producers onsite
Debug, refactor, and maintain clean, production-ready code
