We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator (Road Grinder) to operate large asphalt milling / cold planer machines on municipal, commercial, and heavy civil road construction projects. This role is ideal for a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work, equipment care, and safe jobsite execution.

Responsibilities

• Operate large asphalt milling / road grinder machines safely and efficiently
• Perform depth-controlled milling in accordance with project specifications
• Conduct daily pre-trip and equipment inspections
• Work closely with ground crews, truck drivers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all health & safety policies, traffic control plans, and site procedures
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas
