About the Role
Lead the design and review of road and highway works, including alignments, pavements, drainage, and traffic elements
Review and approve drawings, technical specifications, and design submissions
Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and Saudi authority requirements
Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved designs
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
