Responsibilities of the RN, Unit Manager:
Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions. 
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations. 
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications of the RN, Unit Manager:
Must have Florida RN license 
Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience 
Must have nurse management experience 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
