RMA/ Tech Support – IT Department (OPEN FOR FRESH GRAD OR UNDERGRAD IT/COMPUTER SCIENCE RELATED COURSE )

Job Description:
The RMA Staff is responsible for managing the return, repair, and replacement of IT hardware and equipment. This role ensures accurate documentation, performs basic troubleshooting, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and tracks RMA cases until resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle RMA requests for defective or returned IT equipment

· Perform basic diagnostics and verification of reported issues

· Prepare and maintain RMA documentation and records

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments

· Monitor RMA status and ensure timely resolution

· Provide updates and reports on RMA cases as needed

Qualifications:

· Fresh Graduate or Undergrad of IT, Computer Science, or related course (or equivalent experience)
