RL Robotics Engineer

We are looking for an engineer with strong reinforcement learning expertise to build intelligent behaviors for robots, drones, and multi-agent systems. You will develop new RL models, run large-scale training pipelines, and help bring learned behaviors safely into real-world robotic platforms.

• Develop and fine-tune RL algorithms for robotic systems, UAV swarms, and autonomous agents.
• Build and test multi-agent learning approaches for coordination, conflict resolution, and team-based decision‑making.
• Create efficient simulation environments and workflows for large‑scale training and sim‑to‑real adaptation.
• Explore and prototype cutting‑edge RL techniques, hybrid methods, and new learning architectures.

• Solid grasp of modern RL methods (policy gradients, Q‑learning, actor–critic, hierarchical RL).
