Risk Manager

At Liberty, we are looking for a Risk Manager who will lead comprehensive risk oversight, ensure solid and strategic risk management, and strengthen the organization's risk culture.

This role will be key in guaranteeing consistent risk management practices, supporting informed decision-making, and collaborating closely with different business areas.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee capital adequacy, including stress testing and the annual risk and solvency assessment.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with the GRS Risk Framework.
• Develop and maintain clear risk appetite frameworks and ensure they are embedded in decision‑making.
• Advise senior management and Boards on the degree of risk the entity should accept to achieve strategic objectives.
