The onboarding process for new clients is a key part of the firm's business. This process consists of different stages of a workflow starting with the creation of an opportunity in the CRM, going through the various Risk modules before ending with the creation of charge codes, all within a single digital tool: Salesforce.

We want to bring in four new employees to professionalize onboarding and to support the firm's engagement teams.
Your role will be to implement onboarding operationally, in close collaboration with the engagement teams and coordinated by the firm's Salesforce super users.
